We have a wide range of secondary coating solutions designed specifically to protect, upgrade and extend the life of most plastics.
We offer a full range of protective coatings with excellent anti-graffiti, abrasion and chemical resistant properties, available as colourless or anti-reflective.
Our coatings also include applications that require independent automotive approval. These coatings have an average surface hardness of 6H without distortion and excellent physical and optical properties.

PHC
Our most popular protective hard coat with excellent physical and optical qualities.
PHC Anti-glare
A non-glare version of our clear coating with the same excellent performance. Variable density levels of matting agent available.
PHC frost
A modified hard coating to give the appearance and texture of frosted or sand-blasted acrylic.
Automotive coatings
Certified UVT 200 and UVHC 3000 coating for the automotive and other premium industries.
Anti-fog coating
Coating which reduces the condensation and fog on all products. Perfect for small parts, including lenses and goggles.
MikroG
Anti-microbial coating for the protection against bacteria and disease.
We are able to coat a range of products including sheets from 0.75mm to 25mm thick and to a maximum of 6 metres in length. Moulds and 3D objects can also be coated with a maximum height of 100mm.
All coatings are UV cured and designed for application on polycarbonate, acrylic, PET, PETg, PVC and many other plastic substrates. All of our coatings are developed and tested in-house and with the wide range of options available. It’s easy to see why our coatings are used extensively across lighting, transport, retail, construction, engineering and the medical industry.

PolyG
Our own branded, protective coated polycarbonate sheet. The optically clear sheet is abrasion resistant, anti-graffiti and possesses excellent chemical resistance. Glass like
in appearance; the material maintains its high impact strength as a Polycarbonate but combines improved weather-ability and an improved surface hardness over un- treated plastics.
Weighing approximately half that of standard glass when compared like for like - PolyG is near unbreakable and offers many advantages in glazing situations and security screens.
